Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as discussed with you during the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Used or damaged items not resulting from our error
Items without original packaging or tags
Customized or special-order products
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, the order may already be processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.
